When a buyer or purchaser places a customised or made order with us to acquire any item, journal, magazine, or artwork from us, we will unquestionably offer or deliver such a thing on a
demand basis (only.) Any personalised products, journals, publications, or artwork services purchased are not refundable, cancelable, returnable, or transferable. We make every effort to give our services in accordance with our purchaser's expectations, and we devote our experience to creating such things for the purchaser.

It should be noted that anything purchased on sale, with promotional coupons, or with special discounts are not refundable at any stage throughout the purchasing process. This purchase is not refundable, returnable, exchangeable, or transferable in any way.

We will have the exclusive right to approve or decline your written request for a refund or return of any artwork once we receive it. If your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses, and your refund will be provided within 7-14 business days of the returned product being received. Please be aware that we do not exchange purchased products in the event of an exchange request unless we find it necessary.

If our customer service personnel approve your refund request, your money will be reimbursed in the original payment method within the refund cycle days specified by us. We reserve the right to reimburse your deposit minus our service fee, restocking fee, and any applicable taxes. All ordered items will be delivered within 4-6 days after our confirmation of your order. However, ‘Force Majeure/Act of God’ shall be an exception, and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by such circumstances.
